Returns and exchanges can be a hassle!! At Atlantis Royal Body Butter, we work to make the return/exchange process fast and easy. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the directions below:
1. Before returning your product, please email Atlantis Browder at atlantisbrowder@gmail.com with your order number to receive return authorization. Be sure to indicate your reason for return/exchange.
2. You must return or exchange within 14 days from the ship date.
3. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package so that we can work to resolve the issue.
4. To cancel your order, please contact Atlantis Browder immediately. If your order hasn't been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment after we have received and processed your unopened returned item(s).
