Returns and exchanges can be a hassle!! At Atlantis Royal Body Butter, we work to make the return/exchange process fast and easy. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the directions below:

1. Before returning your product, you must receive return authorization. To receive authorization for an exchange/return, please send an email to Atlantis Browder at atlantisbrowder@gmail.com with your name, email, order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. You must return or exchange within 14 days from the ship date.

​

3. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package so that we can work to resolve the issue.

4. To cancel your order, please contact Atlantis Browder immediately. If your order hasn't been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment after we have received and processed your unopened returned item(s).

 

5. All authorized returns should be mailed to:

6. Customers will not be charged a return fee, however, customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges, unless otherwise informed.
